Feelsweet is NOT a conglomerate! It is run as a family concern - as such, we
provide a personal service and deal with all orders on a one-to-one basis. We
believe this gives us the edge and have yet to encounter a customer who is not
completely satisfied! We've even been known to pop in a few 'extras' for repeat
customers! Our philosophy is that a satisfied customer may often come back again.
When you buy your sweets online we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible
providing all items are in stock. All orders received before noon should be
dispatched on the same day. Orders received after noon are sent the next day
again providing all items are in stock. Orders received after midday Saturday
or on a Sunday are dispatched first thing Monday.
Delivery times for UK deliveries - we aim for a maximum of 3-4 working days from the date of placing of the order. In practice however, delivery is usually 2 days from date of order. Delivery times for shipments abroad are typically 5-7 days from receipt of the order (all based on First Class Royal mail post).
Back Orders: If a sweets or candy selection is out of stock and a delivery is expected in a couple of days we will hold your order until it is ready to be shipped in its entirity (unless you request otherwise).
If the sweets/candy will not be back in stock for more than a couple of days, we will send as much of your order as we can, and then ship the remaining product as soon as we receive it. In practice, however, we normally hold good stocks for every product.
Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union when you buy your sweets online, 17.5% VAT has been added. VAT NO: 552 9147 32
Credit Card Security: Your security is vital to us. Your credit card details are securely processed by either SecPay or Paypal depending on your preference. We do not receive any credit card information ourselves - only a confirmation that the transaction has been authorised.
Guarantee: Please see our returns policy for details of what to do if you are not 100% satisfied with your sweets. NOTE: Due to the nature of the sweets/candy that we sell, and the wide variety of manufacturers and other suppliers that we source products from, we can not guarantee that any of the confectionery that we sell will be free of traces of nuts. If there is a sweet in which you are particularly interested please contact us and we can check the product for you.
Vegetarian Information: Whilst we appreciate that there are other dietary requirements that some people may have (we have been asked for information on sweets which are free of whey powder, cocoa powder, pork gelatine only, and certain ‘E’ numbers) it is unfortunately impossible for us to check all of the sweets at Feelsweet against all of these.
